The room was very pretty with an exceptionally comfortable bed, and the staff were welcoming and exceptional, always there to help.

The staff were incredibly nice and provided a good breakfast. the location of the hotel was great and comfortable - relatively close to Memorial Hall. A walk around the city center, just a short distance from the venue, was enjoyable.

The hotel is the perfect choice in Lee. the room is a nice size and beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed, feather pillows, and hypo-allergenic pillows. It is conveniently located near several good restaurants and the Chambery Inn. Plus, it is situated in the stunning Berkshire mountains.

What a wonderful stay at the Chambery Inn! We were warmly welcomed with fresh cookies upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Our room was absolutely charming, with high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a beautiful canopy bed. The breakfast basket delivered to our room was delightful, filled with delicious treats. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. We also loved the convenient location, with great restaurants within walking distance. we highly recommend this inn for a charming and romantic getaway.

Room maintenance was inconsistent and unresponsive to requests. Beds and linens were not properly made, coffee cups were not cleaned, and trash cans were only emptied when specifically requested.

the hotel was wonderful and the location was marvellous next to all conveniences, and restaurants and places. the rooms were spotless, unique, came with the bedroom, all the basic amenities and fireplace. having a shower and shampoo was a bonus. the staff was exceptionally nice and exceptional, everything was wonderful. the breakfast was good, the check in was quick. food was fresh and i have nothing but really nice memories from this trip.

The location was very convenient, close to the Mass Pike and the Outlet Centre in Lee, as well as being convenient to Lenox. It was also close to very nice dining and downtown shoppes. The hotel was located right on a cute main strip, making it easy to access places we wanted to visit.

Some of the floors were uneven, which may be off-putting for those looking for a more modern hotel experience.

The accommodation is conveniently located near the Norman Rockwell Museum, restaurants, shops, and the information center. the staff was friendly and provided complimentary wake-up service and ironing facilities.

The Chambery Inn is possibly the best stay for our next visit back. the breakfast is great for starting the day. the rooms are beautifully maintained and romantic, with A/C and a wonderful king-size bed. the inn is situated in a great walkable setting. the staff is very helpful and everything is modern, including plenty of delicious food available.

The room was clean and the service was friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. One highlight was the hot apple cider and fresh cookies provided at check-in, which added a nice touch to the stay.

The hotel could use some updates, such as new painting and carpets. Additionally, the breakfast provided was not satisfying for those looking for a big full breakfast.
